  Ya this ones pretty good, hence the 5 stars BUT downtown BP has got it going on. Everything BP sahali does well, the downtown local seems to just edge them out. Theyd get 6 stars if i could do that. Our server brittany was great but downtown our server nick is sublime. Both great choices everyday of the week.

  Service has almost always been good.
  
  The food is pretty standard bag and boil variety food with nothing that really jumps out except the pizza. I find the BP Pizza is among the best when comparing it to the other fast food pizza places like Pizza Hut and Dominoes.
  
  The prices are a little high IMO.
  
  It's good but it won't blow your socks off.
  
  Always clean from my experience.

  Front staff and server friendly. I've had WAY better food at other locations. The manager didn't appear to be helpful and it was clear they are not about customer service or quality. I would recommend going to the downtown location as the food is better and the managers are friendly and welcoming!

  Unimpressed. Called to order a pizza...downtown location was closed...sahali location took ages to determine whether or not the could deliver to us (by the hospital). Finally she said we could and took my order and phone number. Screwed up and put it as pick up, and no one ever called me. After 75 minutes I called to see where it was and they immediately apologized, told me what happened and insisted on remaking the pizza...and took a whopping 10% off the bill. Not good enough. We had out of towners here for a meeting, they were hungry and had asked me to order them a pizza, and the end result was the meeting started almost an hour late, our guests were grouchy, the pizza was average at best, and we will never order from them again. Waiting 90 minutes on a single large pizza is completely unacceptable.

  Everyone was very friendly. The service was very good. The food was very yummy as were the drinks.
