  Great Quaint Breakfast Spot! I visited this location not once, but TWICE on my business visit in Kamloops. This place is EXCELLENT! Highly recommend. If you love breakfast you will LOVE this place.

  When I went here this place was quite busy. The staff is amazing. Great service and friendly smiles from everyone. Asides from being a bit on the pricier side; and like coffee not being included on a breakfast dish, this place is pretty good.

  Oh my god where do I start? I love the friendly welcoming atmosphere of the cafe and staff. The food is filling, tasty and wholesome with coffee to match. I'm a big fan of the various eggs benedicts. I will be back for more, great work!

  Great cafe with a fantastic range of foods for breakfast, brunch, lunch or dinner! Brilliant vegetarian, vegan and gluten free options as well as choices for those who love their meat. Prices are very reasonable, food is delicious and staff are quick and friendly!

  I really loved the pork loin with the eggs benedict. Loved the hot cereal with sunflower seeds.
  
  I wasn't happy they wouldn't serve me without shoes (this really makes or breaks a local restaurant for me but I know that's not everyone's preference) but they weren't rude about it. Thankfully I had a pair of cheap sandals in the car a few blocks away.
