  Great service the staff was super friendly and helpful. The manager (kristen) in particular was very nice and very friendly. Asked us about our day and made nice conversation came and checked on us frequently. The whole staff seemed to be really well put together. The food was amazing.

  We were unlucky that what we wanted want available on the night (sold out) and we waited an hour for our food. The atmosphere was great though, and we'll probably try again in summer

  Managers are absolutely clueless about how to run a restaurant and treat their staff and their guests as inconveniences. In particular one female manager who had to visit several complaint tables was not only unhelpful but actually rude, blaming the kitchen and the server without admitting any responsibility for the problems. We've been forced to go with this Milestones three times in the past two years unfortunately, each time expecting maybe things would have improved since they're somehow still open, but you could not PAY ME to go back and experience this again.

  Ordered merlot wine...they were out
  
  Kept hearing the server, Amber, say they were out of their Thai dish, out of mashed potatoes, out of 3 or 4 other items.
  
  I, as well as other customers, had to go with their 2nd or 3rd choice.
  
  Ordered spring salad with grilled chicken. 3 small strips of dry chicken for $5.50.
  
  Amber kept apologizing throughout my visit for the amount of products that were not available.
  
  Not a great experience.

  Pre-booked and pre-ordered for a girls soccer team and their parents. However, after 1 hour everybody had finished their meals but 3 party members had still not received their meals! And the restaurant didn't seem particularly busy except for our party. And there had to be many complaints to waiting staff and the manager before the missing meals finally turned up. One meal turned up 1 hour 21 minutes late! The last meal turned up 1 hour 40 minutes late as everybody else was paying! Extremely disappointing service. The waiting staff did ask if we wanted more cocktails but failed to bring us more water. Finally the restaurant only has 2 credit card machines so that if a large party wants to pay at the same time a large delay can occur :-(
