  We arrived well before the dinner rush. Restaurant was only about half full. We were taken to table which was suppose to be clean but wasn't. Luckily the host noticed and took care of it. Food was decent. My salmon burger was a bit cold as we're my fries. An ok experience but far from exceptional.

  Ordered a Double Pig Out sandwich there. It was heaven! The garlic aioli was rich! Decent service, could've been more attentive because we didn't get napkins or cutlery until we went to their service counter to get some. Food is good there since it's a chain restaurant but mostly local kids serving. They could probably use a little more training in waiting.

  Birthday dinner with 6 of us. Service started decent she was friendly. Told her I had a email coupon for 1 price burger. She was going to grab my phone number to enter it.
  Everyone ordered there dinners. 1 order of battered broccoli as a appetizer. Oil was getting a old so there was a bit of a aftertaste from them. Let the waitress know to alert the kitchen.
  Seems like service started strong and if u run into issues with food it startes to sizzle out. Had burger that was quite pink so it sent back. Every time the manager went by with a very unfriendly look. But would have been nice if she would have helped to deal with issues instead. Our waitress must have been busy as she kept dissapearing so refills took a bit. Meanwhile other staff had time to visit with each other.
  The waitress went to go put together the birthday sundae and didn't see her for over 20 mins. At that point we just really want to go. We also had brought a cake with us. Mentioned it and she had no idea that it was there. At that point we just wanted the cake to get the hell out.
  Asked for the bill paid. Still tipped anyways as I know waitresses always have to tip out other staff.
  Looked at the bill closely this morning and realized we never got the 1 burger half price.
  So paid for battered broccoli that was cooked in yucky tasting grease. Didn't get the deal that I told her about. They re did the 1 really pink burger. But honestly it was not a good experience especially when you look at the money spent.
  I think we are done with red Robin. Over the years it has gotten worse and worse and considering what you are paying you expect good service and good food.

  I am currently in the hospital, the food sucks so I have to have my bf bring me food or order in. So we thought we would give red Robin's a try. Well that was a mistake apparently. The burger I ordered was not given (unable to drive all the way back up to exchange it). It was missing bacon, extra cheese, Pickles and Jalepanos.. all things that were requested at the time of order.
  
  Don't get me wrong what was sent did have great flavour. Especially because I do Lettuce wrapped instead of bun.
  
  My problem is the person taking the orders over the phone needs to be retrained she was rude and tried her best to hang up the phone before we finished ordering and even screwed the ordered up completely.
  
  I am very disappointed :(
