  Safeway is an "ok" grocery store. Everything is clean, everyone is friendly. The reason they lose 2 stars is:
  1. selection of product. (meats, ethnic foods)
  2. prices. (most items can be found much cheaper across the street or down the street.

  Its fine, big. Attached to a barely operating mall. Lots of parking. Prices are usually higher but packing my own groceries at Superstore stresses me out so i'm willing to pay more to go to safeway and have it done for me.

  The staff are all helpful and kind, the store is well laid out and clean, and prices have been cut, and are much more reasonable than they were before. Pharmacy staff are so friendly, as is the store manager. Definitely go to Safeway!
