  Horrible customer service at this location! Been here 3 times and every time they have messed up my order and then casually walk away when you try to get them to correct it. Last time I was here I ordered a Venti mocha and scone. All I got was a grande mocha. When I tried to flag down the barista she just walked away. Do yourself a favour and walk across the street to the other Starbucks who knows how to fill an order properly.

  No drive thru but a nice place. I once lost a post card here after I was done, and they mailed it for me. I would give the staff 6 stars if I could.
