  Extremely slow service even when there isn't a massive line up. I've ordered and paid for certain goods and the been told that they had run out afterwards which hasn't happened to me at any other locations. Otherwise it's like any other location.

  Great selection of doughnuts and coffee, as well as bagels, tea, soups, sandwiches, and wraps. Always friendly and fair prices for the food, it's always tasty, and rarely is there a large lineup.

  Super slow because they're always super busy and understaffed. Half their food products run out by like 3pm often. The university needs a full sized fully staffed Tim Hortons

  Second time in a week I ordered a Chicken Ranch Wrap w a Double double small coffee in the drive thru and the order has been screwed up. I've been a faithful customer since I found the delicious Greek Wrap last summer. last time I asked for just a Chicken Ranch wrap and got a Chipoltly chicken ranch wrap !!!!! This time my coffee didnt have double sugar..... and the wrap wasn't closed at the bottom so all the dressing, tomato and chicken fell out.....???!!! Also it had cheese in it when it wasn't supposed to have any !!!!! your managers aren't training staff to have attention to detail.....sure they are fast, but poor result !!!! FIX THE PROBLEM OR HAVE MANY PEOPLE MOVE ON TO OTHER FAST FOOD PLACES. !
