  Lots of staff but they ran out of coffee with a line of people waiting older lady asking to use the bathroom more then 3 times and know one even acknowledged her need to train staff better be more customer friendly

  Don't know if understaffed or poorly staffed but this is a location I always avoid. The layout is terrible inside and out, and there isn't even a drive through so I have no clue why service is so slow. I drive to Brock to avoid this location. I give people credit for the tailgate parties and the guy who plays guitar outside, but Timmies should commit to the no drive through location and throw in some benches or something. It's a great location but a huge miss imo.

  The place and employees are great. Customers are alittle scary. Place could be cleaner. Tables and chairs could be fixed as well,still our favourite place

  Great location, along Tranquille Road. Great parking. Better parking than the Tim Hortons downtown
